House Rules
At the owners discretion, extra fees can be applied after your stay for any events/parties or pets that were not communicated prior to booking.
Any smoking in the property, or externally with windows and doors open will result in a minimum $600 fee and immediate removal from the home .No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
